  Didn't get the chance to actually be seen, called to obtain information concerning my insurance and if it was accepted. The woman on the phone answered, didn't say hi, just said hold, and put me on hold for 5 minutes. When she finally took me off hold, she sounded very unenthusiastic to be answering my call, I asked about my insurance and she said they 'should' accept it. I wanted a definite answer before making an appointment and driving all the way down there. She said she couldn't look up my member ID and see if it was accepted, then changed it when i questioned further, and said she would look it up, also she said 'we are about to go to lunch so I can't really do two things at once, ugh the computer is so slow, hold on'. Put me on hold again, so I just hung up. Terrible first impression!!
