  I live out of town and they had a post on Instagram to call about a product so I called. I wanted to see if they would send me pictures of a Tory Burch purse on the inside to see the condition before I invested money on something I could not return. When I ask I was told they did not have the time to do things like that. but yet they post something and to call. In this day and age you do not treat customers rude because it only takes a couple of clicks and the way they treat their customers is all over the internet. Bad Business/Rude Employee's/Terrible Customer Service.
