  The staff are always nice even if they're often short staffed if there are enough customers checking out.
  
  I mostly get sockets and wrenches here. Other items may not be reliable. Check their website for honest ratings for what's good and what isn't.
  
  I love my power inverter. I'm on my third one in what, ten years? Nothing else lasts as long plugged into car's power outlet.
