  The black Toyota Camry was dirty on the inside. There were stains on the seat. It smelled like a new car. Then after riding in the car a few minutes, I started smelling dog. When I cut on the air conditioner and defrost, the smell became very strong. I put dryer sheets in the vehicle to mask the smell. One very professional person asked if I wanted to exchange the car after I complained. The CSR who rented the vehicle tried to lie when I pointed out how dirty the car was on the inside, and stated the oil was just changed that is why the car was dirty. Anyone could tell the car had not been vacuumed. He asked if I wanted to wait to have the car cleaned, but I had been up there for a while and I had to wait for the car to be brought back to the location. I was just ready to go. The car drove great!! So I have both good and bad things to say about this location, and that is why I gave them two stars, because they tried to fix it, but it shouldn't have been rented in that condition to begin with.
