  Cancelling our wellness plan early due to continued concerns and disappointment with this clinic. We have been Banfield customers for over 4 years and will not ever be returning to any locations. Across the board they have consistently unprofessional staff and overworked vets who do not return calls and rarely, if ever, can be contacted. It's worth it to find a vet who is held accountable for quality of care, especially if your pet has a chronic condition.
