  I have done business with this company on two separate occasions. I have had windows replaced in two houses. Both times the install was done well, but both times I had issues. The 1st home, the bathroom windows were clear instead of the frosted that was ordered. The second home a window was cracked. Both sets of windows came with lifetime warrantees. Trying to get them replaced is almost a miracle. After numerous calls (over about 3 months) on the first home, I received my replacement frosted windows. I have not been that lucky with the second home. I still have not received my replacement window after about 6 months. Each time I call I am greeted very kindly by the lady whom seems to understand my frustration, but am told they will check the warehouse and Kenny would return the call. I still have not heard from Kenny. The quality of the window and the installation is good, but hope you don't have any issues, because the service is very much below standard.
