  This machine is ALWAYS messed up. You cannot press the buttons and it takes forever to complete a transaction. It is the only ATM in the area where deposits can be done (Your BEST bet is to drive all the way up to the location near Target). They really need more USAA teller machines considering this is a military town. I have called USAA to alert them to the issues with this machine and they should be looking into fixing it (again).
