  I bought a knife and had it engraved for my fiance as a wedding gift. It was bought and engraved the same day. Excellent experience.

  They messed up my order right before Christmas and couldn't fix it because they didn't have anymore shot glasses. Don't go here I'm calling corporate because they owe me for messing up my matching shot glasses refunding my money didn't satisfy me one bit! That old lady needs to stop trying to take so many orders and focus on accuracy of the product

  When I placed my order on Dec 14 I made sure to ask if I would have the gift by Christmas. I even called them on Dec 22 to make sure it was ready, waited on hold for 16 minutes without an answer. I ended up buying another gift for my Mom and just waited for the call. On December 31 I finally called them again to see what happened. I already paid for the gift so I wanted to know what was going on. The lady said, oh its here after having trouble finding it. Wouldn't recommend them around Christmas time.
