  Larry I believe the guys name was. Helped me out. We weren't able to fix the problem even though he jumped through hoops. He was great sprint sucks though!

  The customer service representative was rude, didn't know what she was talking about, and ultimately left me feeling like I was a burden. I was having trouble with my phone, and I feel like she was judgemental. I was not satisfied with my experience, I've been told things on the phone by several experts and she told me in store "oh well that's not possible".
