  I’m personally not please with this place in a nutshell as a company I MISS TIME WARNER CABLE!!!!On top of high prices you have to go in an make your payment to rude unprofessional customer service representatives at least that’s the proper name but they need to be called something else. I hated the machine that takes your money was down because I had to deal with them making jokes about overweight women that come in even the women laughing at the overweight women with the guys it’s sad even the guy standing at the door. If this is how Spectrum wants to be represented they won’t be in business for long because they are going to have some healthy discrimination lawsuits after while I hope that lady I saw them picking decides to start a case I will be her witness. PLEASE CORRECT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE GET PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND PUT THE HOOD BACK IN THE HOOD WHERE THEY BELONG THIS IS A JOB AND IT REQUIRES PROFESSIONALISM NOT RUDE JOKES ABOUT PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!
