  I set an appointment on Wednesday to get two goddess braids. The owner took my info and confirmed the appointment. On Friday, the day of my appointment I walked in to find out the woman who was doing my hair wasn't there and didn't even answer the phone very unprofessional! Have the courtesy of calling to inform me of changes like real businesses do.
