  It took everything I had to make the decision to call, and ask for help this morning. We didn't expect to be in this condition for Christmas, but we have had problem after problem the past few weeks, and now won't be having Christmas. I called this office this morning to ask about the Christmas Charity program. Whenever I called I said, "Goodmorning, I am trying to find out information about your Christmas charity program. Is it too late to sign my family up, and if so, do you know of anywhere else I can call?" The woman was extremely rude! She replied, "WE TOOK THE NAMES IN OCTOBER!" Then she HUNG up the phone on me. I have been crying for the past 20 minutes. I just wanted help, or sent in the right direction. I have four children, and instead of getting help, I get hung up on.
