  The House Doctor came out to take measurements for an estimate to remodel the bathroom, however two months (plus) later the company has never contacted us. I wasted two nights letting them take measurements, pictures, etc. only to be totally blown off without any reason given. I went with a different company that was more than happy to take our work. Sometimes a business gets too big or complacent and forgets who the customer is.
