  Thought the lady helping us was very helpful when opening a business account. When I went to check the status of the account, She had spelled my name wrong and we needed more paper work turned in. I then went to the local branch to turn it the paper work and fix my name. The lady at the counter fixed my name but couldn't accept my paper work because it was the original. I went back the next day with the copy and now a different person told me I had to wait to speak with an agent because they didn't just accept copies. After waiting for along time I finally spoke with an agent and thought we fixed everything. The next day I called to order our checks and after being on hold for over 30 min. the phone operator spoke very unprofessional and did not understand what was going on with our account, she stated that it was locked. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor informed me that my business partners name was now misspelled and he would need to go into the office and correct his information, also that the money we deposited was somehow placed in the wrong account which caused one of our accounts to be locked. The supervisor seemed to not care to much about the situation. We will be closing our accounts ASAP and going to another bank that cares and puts a little more into helping the customer. Waste Of Time and a Bad Place to Bank at.

  This establishment needs to work on customer service. Employees will tell you one day they can fax documents and the next day another person will tell you they can't.
