  My father once told me never to trust an auto mechanic. That was true until my husband and I came across James Taylor way back in 1992. I took my vehicle to him with an alternator I had bought at Advanced Auto because another mechanic had told me I needed one. When I went to pick up my car, James still had the alternator in the box and said that he didn't put it on because there was nothing wrong with the one I had. The "fix" for my situation came to mere pennies. How many people would do that? Turn away work out of a sense of integrity and honesty?
  
  And then there's this: Every time we've taken our vehicle to James, it has worked beautifully. I've never had to return a second time for the same problem, unless it was my fault or natural causes, such as brake work, which has to be done periodically anyway.
  
  I cannot recommend James Taylor enough. Not only is he so, so gifted in mechanics, he is a genuinely kind and HONEST man. He stays busy, so call in advance for an appointment. But I PROMISE YOU that you will find out about him exactly what WE found - he is the BEST mechanic ever, hands down, in every way.
