  I have come to this location for my last 5 yrs of taxes and they have always taken great care of me. The Manager Kenny Okehi and his staff really take their time to ask all the right questions to make sure you are getting the best return you can. The staff are surprisingly knowledgeable about tax laws for not being CPAs. I have always received a better return than I had expected. Their staff is also patient, friendly, polite and courteous. They have also been great with my kids who get bored pretty fast when they have to sit there when we are doing our taxes. They are also very understanding if you have to leave and come back. They have always been very accommodating. I have a LOT of deductions and they do a great job of documenting them but just understand, that takes time. For a proper tax return for someone like me, it always takes 3-4 hrs for one years taxes. This year I did 2016 and 2017 taxes at the same time. The staff was great about accommodating our schedule and letting us leave and come back as our kids and schedule allowed. We could only afford a few hours each time due to family obligations so we worked with Sandra Trent, Michelle McGill, Chini Krehel, and Kenny Okehi on four different occasions. They were all great, very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and courteous. My kids liked visiting them.
  
  To set expectations:
  This location has one to two people at the kiosk depending on the time of day. Just to warn you, there may be a wait if people are a head of you, but hey, you’re in Walmart. Do some shopping, get something to eat. We loved that we could do our taxes and get some shopping done and grab subway on the way out for dinner.
  
  Doing taxes right takes time, especially if you are doing itemized deductions. It may take time. Plan accordingly and know that it can take anywhere from an hour to 4 hrs depending on how complex your return is. They will find every penny you are owed and they are great company so it is worth the time.
  
  I thought they were being evasive about pricing but honestly your price is based on how many forms they will have to fill out which they cannot determine until your return is done. Their pricing is comparable to going to a CPA but CPAs can vary in quality and care. You have a major tax company standing behind you when you go here, plus again, you’re in Walmart so if you want to get a drink or chicken wings, it’s all right there!
  
  There are some advertised discounts I recommend you look for. They do provide discounts on most military returns, particularly if you don’t also have a small business. Military can get their taxes done for free but it’s typically being done by a soldier who is tasked and is not in any way a tax professional. If you are doing a 1040ez, no worries, but if you have itemized deductions, mortgage, rental property, or other deductions, and don’t know tax law, you may want to pay someone. It could be the difference between a decent return and a great return.
  
  My only critique is that when the employees are applying discounts, they have to get authorizations from management and then coordinate through the computer and over the phone. That can be challenging and time consuming at times. I understand that they have policies to reduce abuse but it would have shaved some time off if they would just empower the employees to apply discounts and then review them after the customer had been served to check for abuse.
  
  Over all a great experience and we’ll be back next year… unless we decide to skip 2018 and just do 2018 and 2019 taxes together again.
