  Well, I waited a few months before I gave a review, so I can give an appropriate one. Sabina is a gem. The place is under a new property manager now. The apartment layouts are very nice, and the rooms are huge. The property grounds are well kept. There is a pool, exercise room, tennis court, and park to enjoy. So why the one star? The cons: communication is either delayed or never between the property, and tenant regarding important issues. Dog feces can be found throughout the property grounds. I avoid walking on the grass so I can avoid possible dog feces on my rug. The gate has worked one time since I have been here, and the noise with dogs barking is out of control. Beautiful place, but expect to wake up by external noise, and not because you are well rested.
  *Update* - Sabina is back in office. Communication, and issues are addressed expeditiously. Thanks!
