  Horrible 9 out of 10. I had a card for 10 haircuts here. Went to the skibo location, it was okay the first time. The next time took my daughter, the lady, without asking added a shaved pattern to the scalp!! You can get it done over, but you'd be bald!! Omg, don't assume! Then was offended when I said something. So now 6 months later, we go back, they have some new people and have been doing my son's fine. Get a new girl, show her pic of what I want, not to cut length. She does cut, wrong, so just tell her to finish up, she cuts over 3 inches off length! When I asked her why, she said the last notes said you took a couple inches off! Grrr! Then asked if i wanted it dried some, not styled, okay...is it less tgan $5, she says yes. Then at check out says blow drys are $25, without style!! Not happening. Then act like im in the wrong for not paying. My hair is uneven and butchered, 10 tries was more than fair! They suck! Out of 10 cuts 1 okay, 1 not great, the rest horrible. And they don't stay in order of who's next.
