  Values Cash over customers.I have gone to her infrequently for 2 years because I live over a 1/2 hour away. I have been to other electrolysis, she's not the best, just convenient for Fayetteville. I had a break of 3-4 months and she tried to charge a $5 restart fee, because she has to re-add me. How do you charge for someone coming back? Next I had been coming every 3 months for maintenance. I caught food poisoning the day of the appointment and didn't feel well so I canceled at 6 am. She wished me well but still charged FULL price stating there was a 24 hour cancellation policy. Even on her site it states 50% for late cancellation. Make sure if you get sick, just pass it to her, she won't be considerate to you.
