  Purchased service from Dex media, gave them my credit card number, then suspiciously there was a fraudulent charge on my credit card of which I have no idea if it is related or not butt after reporting to my bank and receiving a new credit card, I updated my card with Dex media once again giving them the benefit of the doubt. Only to find out 3 months later that they never processed any payments even though work on my website had begun. So I had to pay for all 3 months at once. On top of that they ended up charging me the 3-month charge of a $553 six separate times on my new credit card, maxing it out, rendering my very small sole proprietor music lesson and performance business unable to function and I'm still waiting for the refund. Due to my credit card being maxed out, I have become Tardy on bills and payments, not to mention $300 worth of scheduled performances I had to cancel because I could not make it to them which also affected My overall business reputation. Now I am still waiting for a refund, tardy on bills, and no website to even display my services. I wonder how much money I'm losing and how long it will take to get my full refund so I can start work again.
