  Very good customer service although employees were hard to find. I was able to submit an order for the book I was looking for. My book was released yesterday so I was surprised to discover the store didn't have it in stock. I was instructed it should be in the store next week. The employee also told me that it would be discounted. That is welcome news.

  Lots of books! No surprise there, but it is great to be able to pick up a book to look over before you buy. Starbucks is in the store so you can stay caffeinated and read fast. Information desk was helpful to the family finding what we wanted.
