  Every time my sister is admitted here, I have trouble reaching her. Right now I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. No one has come back to the phone, it's like they are ignoring me. I gave two points because my sister normally makes it out of there alive. Someone just picked up my line, said nothing, I said hello! and the phone hung up. Wow! no professional service via telephone. I am calling because I live in South Carolina and this business is in North Carolina.
