  Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY from Apria Healthcare!!!! You can thank me later. Just like someone else posted, this place does not seem to know what's going on or how to bill to insurance companies. I kept getting a bill from them because they couldn't get the paperwork correct. I am active duty military and should not have been getting an outrageous bill, let alone, a bill at all. It was supposed to go directly to my insurance. They would call me almost everyday threatening me about this bill. Finally, when Tricare called and put the heat on them, they finally stopped harassing me. Wish I would have never got involved with them. Never again.

  Received my shipment today...its was missing the headgear (Though it was on the invoice) which made everything else in the shipment unusable.
