  I wouldn't recommend that anyone uses this company!! By far the worst I've ever experienced! I moved in Halloween of 2014. I immediately noticed a severe bug infestation. When I called to complain I was told that I would have to pay for the exterminator even tho the problem was there before me. Next, in June of 2015 my ac was broken by a careless company. I was forced to leave my home for 2 weeks and stayed in a hotel with my 5yo daughter and infant son. I was not reimbursed for being put out of my home for 2 weeks even though the renters insurance said otherwise. I put in a 30 day notice and moved out October of 2015. I cleaned the place spotless (better than how I received it) and I was NEVER late with rent. However, here it is January 11, 2016 and I have yet to receive my security deposit.I have been told multiple times to wait it out because the check was sent but this company is bogus.
